When the refund/exchange status is updated, the customer receives e-mail.

These e-mails are provided as a method for communication between customer and merchant.

Go to WooCommerce-> RMA Configuration -> Mail Configuration setting
And from this setting, you can set a complete mail setting for the WooCommerce refund and exchange (WooCommerce RMA) process.
