Ans :- Yes , Vendor manages the refund and exchange request . For that , First Go to RNX vendor Setting >> Click on RMA Configuration >> Click on RMA Wc vendor >>Enable the Allow Vendor to manage the Refund and Exchange request setting >> Click on Save changes Button.
